Easiest Chicken Pot Pie I've Ever Made (With That Tater Tot Crust Thooo)

I made chicken pot pie easier and crispier with prepared ingredients and a tater tot crust.

This is so easy. Everything pre-made and cooked so it’s hard to mess up. Luv u! Tell me how it goes on insta!

A glass baking dish of chicken pot pie covered with browned tater tots, with one serving removed.

The Ingredients

Crust:

  • 4 Pounds of tater tots (this sounds like a lot but it’s only two bags—basically get enough for a top and bottom layer crust)

Filling:

  • Meat taken off of a Rotisserie Chicken
  • A bag of frozen Peas and Carrots
  • a bag of frozen White Pearl Onions
  • 1 Can of Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can of Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Grease up a casserole dish (mine is about 15” wide and 2.5” deep)
  3. Line a layer tater tots at the bottom
  4. Combine all of the ingredients in the filling, season to taste
  5. Lay the second layer of filling
  6. Make a top layer of tots for that crispayyyyyy

Put it in the oven till that shit is crispy and warm.

Idk like 20-30 minutes?

Everything is already cooked so you can’t mess it up.

Protip: Broil it for 10min at the end for that bomb af crunch at the top.

BAM.
